Processing Time: Once an order is placed product fulfillment will take 3-5 business days to be completed before your order is shipped out.


Return Policy:
 

Due to the nature of our products and hygienic standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No refunds, no exchanges, so please be sure to choose the correct item(s) when placing orders.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right. We allow up to 7 days after your order is received to notify us of any problems.

Wrong Address/Email: Please make sure to double check your email and address before submission of an order. Orders with the wrong address will be charged an “Interception Fee” If order has been processed or shipped. Fee starting at $14 and the cost of a new shipping label at the customer’s expense.

    Shipping Policy:  

    *Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping may take longer than usual*

    All packages shipped within the United States will be sent via USPS or UPS. All USPS packages are sent Priority Mail and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days. All orders are given a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. (Does not include weekends or holidays). All orders containing monomer will be shipped UPS ground 3-4 business days.

    Tropixotic Beauty is not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from wrong shipping address, natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by the carrier. If your item has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier service and file a claim with the courier. The carrier will have more information on the transit of your package.

    Shipping of monomer liquid:
    Due to monomer being a highly flammable liquid, any orders including monomer must be sent via ground shipping services within the United States only. Monomer cannot be shipped internationally. Ground shipping services takes 2-9 days for delivery.

    Packages sent internationally can be sent via DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS Worldwide Saver®, First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, or Priority Mail International. The pricing and shipping times are generated directly from the shipping companies. All international orders are given respective tracking numbers.
